St Pete Raiders Return To Play Protocols For South Tampa Campus Only
ALL COACHES WILL PRACTICE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Coaches will maintain social distancing on and off the field.
Coaches AND players will wear a mask when entering and existing the fields.
Coaches AND players will have temperature checks before entering the field area.
Coaches AND players will social distance placing all belongings on a cones set at 6ft apart. All fluids will be in a draw string bag or zipped bag, along with personal hand sanitizer.
Any player showing any symptoms of illness during training will be released from practice immediately and a member of our staff will discuss the situation with his/her parents.
Any illnesses within a team will be reported to our staff for monitoring.
Although we must keep confidentiality, any risk of exposure will be reported to other players' (on the team impacted) parents.
Players and coaches who report being ill should not return to training until they have been cleared by a staff member.
Quarantine timeframes will be established for players, coaches and teams affected.
Any potential or confirmed case will be addressed properly by club Staff and we will adhere to guidelines laid out by the CDC and the local health department.
PARENTS
All Parents are asked to go through the following WELLNESS CHECK QUESTIONS before every team session and keep their player home if any answers are YES . If YES , contact the coach directly to let them know and a member of our staff will be in touch to check on your son or daughter.
WELLNESS CHECK QUESTIONS
1. Do you currently have fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, or any other COVID-19 OR flu like symptoms (fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, congestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.)?
2. Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a medical provider?
3. In the past 14 days, have you had close contact (within 6 feet for equal to or greater than 10 minute period of time or living in your household) with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a medical provider?
4. Have you been told by a health care provider or public health official that you should self-quarantine due to potential COVID-19 exposure(s) or that you are suspected of having COVID-19?
