Recreational Soccer Registration 2010-11

Register Online for the St. Pete Raiders Recreational Soccer Fall Season

Save $20 by bringing a new player(never registered with us before) to our club to sign up at one of the below in-person registration dates.

In-Person Registration at Willis S. Johns Rec Center ( Fossil Park) 6635 9th St N

Saturday - August 14th 9am to 1pm

Wednesday - August 18th 6pm to 8 pm

Saturday - August 28th 9am to 1pm

Wednesday - Sept. 1st 6pm to 8 pm

This Organization is a Volunteer Organization and requires that we have Volunteers to support our programs and kids. During registration for the fall season, each family registered will be charged a $50 Volunteer Deposit. This deposit will be refunded once the family has volunteered 5 hours of time to the club and submitted the completed volunteer hours form.

OUR PROGRAMS

U5 and U6 Academy Developmental League:
Practice Schedule:

U5 - Mondays 6pm-7pm on the East Field (behind the tennis courts) - First practice Oct. 4th

U6 - Wednesday 6pm-7pm on the East Field (behind the tennis courts) - First practice Oct. 6th

Both U5 and U6 games will normally be on Friday’s at 6pm.

Registration Fee of $130 Includes:
12 scheduled weeks of Training by professional trainers, 12 scheduled gamedays,
Player Jersey, Shorts, and Socks.

The U7 Academy Program

Practice Schedule:

U7 - Tuesdays 6pm-7pm on the East Field (behind the tennis courts) - First practice Oct. 5th

U7 games will normally be on Friday’s at 6pm.

The U8 Recreational Program

Practice Schedule:

U8 - Thursdays 6pm-7:30pm on the South Central Field (in front of Clubhouse) - First practice Oct. 7th

Registration Fee of $160 Includes:
12 scheduled weeks of Training by professional trainers, 12 scheduled gamedays, Referee fees,
Player Jersey, Shorts, and Socks.

The U10 Recreational Program

Practice Schedule:

U10 - Can be Mon-Wed or Tues. Thur. ( coaches option) 6pm-7:30pm - practice begins Oct. 11th

Registration Fee of $160 Includes:
12 scheduled weeks of Training by professional trainers, 12 scheduled gamedays, Referee fees,
Player Jersey, Shorts, and Socks.

The U12 Recreational Program

Practice Schedule:

U12 - Can be Mon-Wed or Tues. Thur. ( coaches option) Between 6pm-9:00pm - practice begins Oct. 11th

Practice Format:

45 mins Technical Training with Everton Training Staff (once per week) begins-???
135 mins with their Parent Facilitator/Coach per week

Registration Fee of $170 Includes:
12 scheduled weeks of Training by professional trainers, 12 scheduled GYSA league games, Referee fees,
Player Jersey, Shorts, and Socks.
GYSA Cup Entry Fee, GYSA CUP referee fees

The U14 and older Recreational Program

Practice Schedule:

U14 & UP - Can be Mon-Wed or Tues. Thur. ( coaches option) Between 7:30pm - 9pm - practice begins Oct. 11th

Practice Format:

180 mins with their Parent Facilitator/Coach per week

Registration Fee of $170 Includes:
12 scheduled weeks of 2x a week practice, 12 scheduled GYSA league games, Referee fees,
Player Jersey, Shorts, and Socks.
GYSA Cup Entry Fee, GYSA CUP referee fees

September 4th 2010 -- Recreational Registration completed.

September 7th-14th 2010 -- All Teams drawn and assembled according to GYSA rules for U-8 & up.

September 22nd 2010 -- Rosters distributed to Coaches to begin contacting players.

September 20th or 23rd -- Rec Coaches Meetings Clubhouse Puryear Park (U8’s 6:15pm and U10 7:15pm)

September 21st or 22nd -- Rec Coaches Meetings Clubhouse Puryear Park (U12 & Up 6:15pm)

September 25th 2010 "Meet the Coach Day" Times U-5's & U-6's @10:30, U-7's @ 11:30,

U-8’s 12:30 , U-10’s 1:30 , U-12&up 2:30

September 27th 2010 -- Academy Facilitator Meeting Clubhouse 6.30pm

September 28th 2010 -- Academy Facilitators Meeting Clubhouse 6.30pm

October 4th 2010 -- Beginning week for U-5, U-6, U-7 and U-8 age groups.

October 8th 2010 -- First game day for U-5, U-6, U-7 and U-8 age groups.

October 11th 2010 -- U-10 and Up Team practices to begin.

November 6th 2010 -- Season opening weekend ( U-10 will play games on Friday Nov 5th)

November 12th 2010 -- Last week for U-5, U-6, U-7 and U-8 age groups ( End of 1st Half of season )

November 13th 2010 -- Picture Day for Recreational Teams ( Team times To Be Determined )

November 20th 2010 -- Picture Day for Recreational Teams ( Team times To Be Determined )

November 25th 2010 -- Thanksgiving Day ( No Games 11/26 or 11/27 )

December (TBA) 2009 -- Make-up Picture Day for Recreational Teams

December 20th 2010 -- Begin Christmas break ( NO PRACTICES)

December 25th 2010 -- No Games this weekend Christmas break

January 1st 2011 -- No Games this weekend New Years break

January 3rd 2011 -- Practice resumes for all age groups

January 7th 2011 -- 1st games back after the break, begins 2nd half of season for all age groups.

Feburary 12th 2011 -- Last weekend of regular season

February 18th 2011 -- Coaches meeting for u-10 and up GYSA tournament participating teams

February 19th-20th 2011 -- 1st round games for u-14 and up ( Saturday and Sunday )

February 26th-27th 2011 -- U-10 GYSA Cup Jamboree ( Saturday and Sunday )
